■ For Pregnant Customers

For safety reasons, we do not provide dressing services for customers who are pregnant.

If you do not inform us in advance and any health issues or troubles occur, we cannot be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Available entry times

Please note that we do not have a waiting area.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your reservation, you may be asked to wait outside.

■ Late Arrivals

・If you arrive late, your rental time will be shortened.

・If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, it will be treated as a cancellation.

■ Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fee: Cancellations made by 1:00 PM the day before your reservation.

100% of the plan fee: Cancellations made after 1:00 PM the day before.

■ If you want to extend your rental time

If you would like to extend your rental time, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation.

Multiple night rentals are also possible.

■ Return Policy

Late returns will incur a fee:

　‐ Overdue on the same day: ¥10,000 per item

　‐ Overdue items after the next day: ¥50,000 per item per day

Returns outside business hours are not accepted.

Please inform us in advance if you will be late.

■ Other Information

The tour may be canceled due to bad weather. In that case, we will contact you by 4:00 p.m. the day before.
